March 5 and 6, 2022, we held our first Advanced Wilderness First Aid course in almost three years. It felt really good to get out into the wilds again with students. Ok, it was Camp Samac in Oshawa, Ontario, but it still felt good.
The class was a mixture of indoor and outdoor.
Twenty-two students from all over Southern Ontario, all member of Scouts Canada.
Fire Lighting is always fun.
The Saturday night Search & Rescue exercise.
Some camped in the snow.
The Trading Post Exercise is always a hit. But, no more, it is a secret.
Overall, I think that everyone enjoyed the weekend.
